You will be provided with access to your own client portal. Here you will complete and submit a design questionnaire. After doing so, you will receive your creative direction document within 7 days.
You can expect your branding concepts within 14 days of submitting your feedback on the creative direction document.
After I receive your feedback on these initial concepts; expect your refined concepts within 14 days.
When I receive your tick of approval; allow a final 14 days for your final design files to be created. These will be uploaded to the client portal as soon as your invoice is paid.

This branding package comes in two sections. To be able to design your website, we must first establish your overall branding.
Firstly we concentrate on your branding.
You will be provided with access to your own client portal. Here you will complete and submit a design questionnaire. After doing so, you will receive your brand strategy proposal document within 7 days.
You can expect your branding concepts within 14 days of submitting your feedback on the creative direction document.
After I receive your feedback on these initial concepts; expect your refined concepts within 14 days.
When I receive your tick of approval; allow a final 14 days for your final design files to be created. These will be uploaded to the client portal as soon as your invoice is paid.
After your branding is all complete, we start on your website.
After you complete your website design questionnaire, I will send you a website design proposal. This will ensure we are on the same page and working towards the same vibe.
From here, allow 3 weeks to gain access to your provisional website. You can have a look around and provide feedback.
Allow another 2 weeks after you’ve provided feedback so I may finalise your website.
You will receive full access to your website, plus video tutorials on all the functions you may need to know to maintain the upkeep of your website.
